BREATHING ROOM

“BREATHING ROOM ONLY” brought a community building experience that communicated our brand values of inner peace & urban mindfulness to the heart of downtown New York City.

In order to do this, we used video installations, soundscapes and community building exercises to incorporate all realms of the human senses into the experience.

This allowed us to present abstract, high barrier-to-entry practices & ideas in an accessible, Instagram-able package that spoke to our target demographic of art-driven, early adopter 20-somethings who may previously have felt disconnected to mental health practices due to their common social & aesthetic portrayal.
